Delivery and payment

1. Terms of delivery

We ship with PPL, DHL Express, GLS, DPD and FedEx, depending on the delivery destination. It generally takes 1–3 business days to get your order out the door. Once the package is on its way, you will receive an email notifying you that it has been sent.

The cost of delivery depends on the total weight of the goods sent. The cost of shipping is calculated automatically at checkout in most cases.

• PPL will deliver to your address usually within 2-5 days depending on the destination country.
• DHL Express will deliver to your address usually within 2-5 days depending on the destination country.
• GLS will deliver to your address usually within 2-5 days depending on the destination country.
• DPD will deliver to your address usually within 1-5 days depending on the destination country.
• FedEx will deliver to your address the next day (Priority). Some destinations may take longer. FedEx will send an email with package tracking information.
• Warehouse pickup – Liberec
  You can pick up the order upon request in our warehouse in Liberec.

  Hours: Mon–Fri 10:00 am – 3:00 pm
  The pick-up point is intended exclusively for the collection of prepaid orders. It is not a regular store, therefore fabrics cannot be viewed or purchased on site.

2. Terms of payment

You may choose to pay for your order by any of the following methods.

1. Bank transfer ­– Upon confirmation of your order, you will receive an email with payment information. There may be a slight delay when paying by bank transfer – your package will be sent when the payment arrives in our account. You can send your bank confirmation of funds transfer to us by email to speed up the process.
2. Cash on delivery – Cash on delivery is paid to the carrier, so we needn’t wait for payment before sending.
3. Credit card – Credit card payments are processed through the GoPay portal. Credit card payments are processed immediately.
4. PayPal ­– Payment by PayPal is available for international orders. You will need a PayPal account or can enter credit card information.

VAT ­– Our prices include 21% value added tax. Orders shipping outside of the EU will automatically have VAT deducted. If you are a VAT taxpayer registered in the EU and are entitled to deduct VAT charges from your purchase, please send us a message with your VAT number and we will confirm your status and mark your account as a VAT taxpayer so that your future orders will automatically be calculated without VAT and you will see prices displayed without VAT. You may also include your VAT number at checkout and the system will automatically deduct VAT from your total.

3. Shipping charges to addresses in USA, CANADA, AUSTRALIA and other non-europian countries
