Product description

This fine blended fabric has a subtle shine and elegant finish due to its classic poplin weave. It combines the comfort of rayon, utility of nylon and strength of linen for a result that is wonderfully wearable, wrinkles little, and works year round. Pretty in flowy dresses, blouses and comfortable pants. Fabric with a pink floral pattern.

Rayon blend

Flowy, breathable, touchable rayon forms the basis of this fabric. It has a bit of nylon for durability, reduced wrinkling, and quicker drying, and the addition of linen lends the fabric a natural feel, more body, and distinctive texture.

Uses

The practical qualities of this blended fabric make it good for garments where wrinkling is an issue.

Perfect matches:

  • Dressy and casual blouses
  • Summer and between-seasons dresses
  • Lightweight skirts and loose tunics
  • Travel clothes that get washed often
  • Freetime pants and culottes

Why you’ll love it

This fabric looks great and it’s practical too.

  • Smooth drape of rayon with added durability
  • Natural look, due to its linen content
  • Fine matte sheen looks elegant
  • Dries quickly, wrinkles less – ideal for summer traveling
  • Holds shape well, easy to sew

Poplin

The classic poplin weave means this fabric is constructed with thicker threads in the weft and a fine warp. The result is a fine texture that looks elegant and holds its shape well. It has an interesting texture and a soft, matte sheen.

Care

Machine wash 30°C on the delicate program with a low spin cycle. Iron on the lowest setting – the nylon content is sensitive to heat. Gentle treatment will make this fabric and its colored print look better longer.

11.01.2020 Need to know

Rayon is a wide-spread and very popular material. It is comfortable, easy to care for, and comes in many forms. This variety is where the confusion begins.
