Lightweight cotton twill in antique rose with a dainty floral print. Certified safe for children under 3. Pretty apparel fabric with a full drape for blouses, dresses, and scarves. Soft, fine, a pleasure to wear.
This fabric has a very fine twill weave. It has a nice, full drape and a soft, smooth feel. You can recognize the twill weave by the fine, diagonal stripe visible on the surface of the fabric. Because of how it is woven, twill is more durable than a plain woven fabric of the same weight.
Discover the magic of Spanish design with fabric designed, woven, and printed entirely in the heart of Catalonia, the historical textile Mecca that has been setting the tone for European textile manufacturing since the 18th century.
Spanish patterns are elegant and playful with an eye for detail. This fabric combines premium quality and the contemporary flair of Spanish design – a perfect balance of provocation and elegance.
This fabric was printed using a technique known as rotary screen printing, a process where a design is engraved in a metal cylinder and ink is forced through tiny perforations directly onto the fabric. This method, widespread in Europe since the 1960s, allows for precise, even color application. Although it has been giving way to digital technology in recent years, rotary screen printing remains the standard for artisanal precision and is a traditional textile printing method in Europe.
This fabric is certified OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, Class I – the highest rating, which guarantees safety for children under three. Certification means that the fabric does not contain harmful substances and poses no health risks, so you can use it with confidence for clothing and items that will come into direct contact with a child’s sensitive skin.
This fabric is made of premium organic cotton that has been certified for environmentally responsible production – from ecological farming to final processing. Organic cotton is not just good for the planet, it also delivers finer quality compared to ordinary cotton.
While this fabric is not at home in complex, tailored pieces or sharp pleats, it absolutely excels wherever its flowy, relaxed drape comes into play: circle skirts, loose tunics, wide legged pants, ruffles.
Cotton twill is at once casual and elegant. Use it for simple, uncomplicated dresses for wandering along the shore or relaxing at home, or try your hand at a dressy top with a draped neckline.
Machine wash warm (40°C). Iron on cotton setting. Use a low spin cycle – gentle handling will extend this fabric’s lifespan.
Limited editions are fabrics of exceptional quality or patterns that have been designed and produced exclusively under the Sartor brand. As a rule, they do not repeat and are therefore only available while supplies last. Don't miss your chance to own a true original.
If we recommend pre-shrinking for a particular fabric, we generally say so in the product description. As a rule, pre-shrinking is needed for linen, cotton, and rayon, but for finer fabrics (light rayon, Tencel and modal) proceed with care – don't use hot water or a hot iron, simply launder the fabric the way you will be laundering the completed garment.
