The Echino collection is designed by Etsuko Furuya for the Japanese brand Kokka. Its bold shapes in vibrant hues are inspired by everything from nature to simple geometry. Their striking designs and high quality make them irresistible for clothing and accessories.
The original designer print Hide from the Echino collection delivers a vibrant and quintessentially Japanese minimalism. Among stylized flowers and eye-popping geometric patterns hide a bevy of realistically rendered animals. The palette is bold, not garish, in keeping with the Echino esthetic.
This fabric is a classic, plain weave of fine cotton and linen. It is soft and gentle to the touch with the feel of pure cotton but the added durability of linen.
This linen blend is perfect for a summer dress, shirt, top, skirt, or culottes. We can also imagine this print in a minimalist interior – use it for pillows, a tablecloth, or curtains.
Wash at 30. Iron on the highest setting; may also be steamed.
Most of our fabrics are one-time offers that last until they are sold out. However, some more popular items are always restocked or can be ordered on request. As a rule, this applies to notions, where the selection is pretty consistent, but may also include some types of fabric. Our designer fabrics are limited editions that we renew each year. If you find a fabric you like in the designer section, we recommend purchasing it without delay, as it’s unlikely to be restocked once sold out.
Limited editions are fabrics of exceptional quality or patterns that have been designed and produced exclusively under the Sartor brand. As a rule, they do not repeat and are therefore only available while supplies last. Don't miss your chance to own a true original.
