Product description

Product description

Vintage tulle (like bridal illusion tulle) is a faithful imitation of silk tulle. While our veil tulle drapes nicely but still holds some shape, vintage tulle is more pliable, with a softer drape. In gowns, it makes a charming, tousled impression – light, elegant, casually romantic. Tulle makes wonderful bridal veils, is indispensible in wedding gowns for layered skirts and pretty sleeves, and is perfect for garlands and other decorations.

For vintage tulle skirts you might include an under layer made of a fluid fabric like habotai or fine satin; to add volume, try a bottom layer of stiff tulle.

Care

Hand wash at 30°C or machine wash on the delicate program to avoid tearing. Do not squeeze or wring dry. Do not machine dry. Hang or lay flat to dry. Do not iron; wrinkles will fall out when hung.

FAQ

What defects can I expect?

The type of defect present in seconds fabric is always listed in the product parameters. Usually they are minor flaws and defects that occur only in part of the role (typically at the beginning or end). That's why our discounted seconds usually include only smaller pieces, not entire rolls.
