Product description

Product description

French elegance

This print was conceived in the French studio Atelier Brunette. Designer Annabelle Kumar’s timeless patterns escape the latest fads and draw on the artist’s own harmonious color palette. That means her fabrics always combine well and, if Annabelle’s color space is your cup of tea, you can be sure that you’ll always find something you like.

Designer print

The "Palmetto" pattern is reminiscent of large wind-dried leaves under which one hides from the sun.

The color Night is an elegant and beautiful color that radiates depth and calmness. Its intense shade resembles the night sky, which gives it a mysterious atmosphere. Versatile and timeless, this shade is the right choice for those who seek beauty in simplicity.

What to use it for

This fabric is made of EcoVero in a fine, plain weave. It has a gentle drape and is very comfortable, perfect for tops, dresses, and full skirts. Because EcoVero breathes and has a slight cooling effect, it can stand up to hot weather or an overheated interior.

Good for the planet

EcoVero is rayon’s eco-friendly cousin. The trademark, owned by Lenzing, is only applied to rayon viscose made to strict sustainability standards. The raw material is wood from sustainably managed forests. The manufacturing process itself, from tree to fiber, has been optimized to minimize its impact on the environment. In terms of water consumption, chemical use, and overall carbon footprint, EcoVero rayon is the most ecological textiles currently available, surpassing even other environmentally friendly rayons such as modal and lyocell. What’s more, it’s entirely recyclable!

Care

Machine wash cool (30°C). Iron on cotton setting. This is a very fine fabric, use a low spin cycle – gentle handling will extend its lifespan.

FAQ

Do you have a permanent designer fabric collection?

Our designer fabrics are limited editions that we renew each year. If you find a fabric you like in the designer section, we recommend purchasing it without delay, as it’s unlikely to be restocked once sold out.

What is a limited edition?

Limited editions are fabrics of exceptional quality or patterns that have been designed and produced exclusively under the Sartor brand. As a rule, they do not repeat and are therefore only available while supplies last. Don't miss your chance to own a true original.

Can I order a fabric swatch?

Yes, most fabrics include a “Order swatch” button directly on the product page. Swatches are typically about 8 × 12 cm in size. For full instructions, please see 👉 How to order fabric swatches

What is the smallest amount of fabric I can order?

The minimum fabric order is a length of 20 cm.

Do you accept orders by phone or email?

No. We only accept retail orders through the e-shop. This eliminates situations where someone else orders the last of an item while your order is still sitting in our inbox or lies jotted on a bit of paper by the phone. By purchasing online, you are putting an immediate hold on the product. Of course, you can always call or write to us if you need help making your selection.

Do you ship abroad?

Yes. We ship worldwide. The price of shipping is automatically calculated at checkout before payment after you select the country of delivery and the preferred carrier. If you do not find your country in the dropdown list, please contact us. You will find a rough overview of shipping costs in our shipping and payment terms.

When will my order be delivered?

The estimated delivery date with your selected carrier can be seen before payment is made at checkout. It is calculated as the time for processing and packing your order plus the time it takes the selected carrier to deliver to a specific destination – this can be from 2 days for delivery within the Czech Republic to a week for delivery outside the EU. Expect longer delivery times during big sales and holidays.
