Real silk satin has a high luster that is noticeably more refined than its synthetic imitators. Aside from looking great, it’s a very pleasant fabric – soft, breathable, and silky smooth against the skin. This heavier silk satin has a fuller, even lusher hand than ordinary silk satin. If you risk hand washing, use lukewarm water and a delicate detergent for silks/woolens; do not wring or squeeze dry; block dry on a flat surface. Dry iron on the lowest setting. Avoid water droplets.
